Barry Shaw’s

think it's give me OCD, and to picture the scene of a tampon as a candle on a
b/day cake causing a hot scene in a pub was just class.
I'm not sure what frustrated me most the constant capers of Barry's panic attacks just at the wrong time or the winning, losing and tracking down the lottery ticket.
But what a twist there was with that I was not expecting it but ingenious writing.

Wow, just finished
reading Dysfunctional Romance and all I can say is hats off to Derick Hudson
for another hit!! This book is full of crazy phobias, and actually managed to
make me feel better about my OCD lol. I absolutely loved Sandra and Barry from
the start, they are a crazy cool couple with some really strange ways that kept
me cracking my side from laughing so hard. I also found best friend Rebecca
quite comical as well. I found it really easy to follow each character, and the
story was beautifully written. I loved it when they went to Jamaica …hilarious!!
And the birth was CLASSIC!! If you’re looking for a story of budding
relationship, love, marriage, wacky dogs, cute love birds and tons of humor,

Romance" by Derek Hudson is the hilarious story of two neurotic people
that were just meant for each other. Barry Shaw is the loaner who works in an
advertising agency. Sandra Wiggins works in a shady insurance company office.
Neither have many friends and are very awkward dealing with the opposite sex.
Then one day by the grace of a crack on the pavement these two got together
into a relationship. Although neither can seem to see it, both of their lives
take turn after turn for the worse. However Barry and Sandra are lost in their
own little world. Sandra ends up pregnant and things get worse from there. So,
Barry gets a trip to Jamaica
together for the nuptials, regardless of the fact he hasn't any money to his
name. I had a blast reading "Dysfunctional Romance". With each
heartbreaking turn I'd ask myself how can these two be so oblivious to the real
world. The characters are truly realistic and scream for sympathy. Book was a
fantastic read from Derek Hudson. Hudson
is fast becoming one of my favorite authors. Yes ! 5 stars out of 5 for
"Dysfunctional Romance" Do not miss out on the Sandra and Barry story.
